Epix Gen 2 not registered to Connect IQ Store

My Epix Gen 2 does not show up in Connect IQ Store. It is connected to the Garmin Connect App on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I am trying to add watch faces. It takes me to the Connect IQ store. I can see my profile image in the store (i.e. the store knows it is me), but there are no devices in the store. When I click on 'install' for a watch face, I get the message 'You are leaving Connect IQ to add a device in the Garmin Connect App'. In the Connect app, I see the Epix in devices list at the very top and the little ring next to the Epix spins a bit, but nothing happens. The watch face is not visible in the watch, and the watch is not visible in the Connect IQ Store.

  • I used the Connect IQ app on the phone and everything seems good. Looks like you need to use the Connect IQ app to connect the device to the IQ store. I would have preferred the two apps to be integrated, so it would not be necessary to use two apps to install a watch face.
