Same issue here , connect iq can’t find my device even though I am connected in connect
I have an Instinct 2 watch and have never been able to get it to connect to the Connect IQ app. I searched around and followed the suggestion of
Removing device from phone
Uninstalling Connect and Connect IQ
Reinstall both
Run Connect first and pair watch
Open Connect IQ
Still my Connect IQ says no device connected while the Connect app is working fine. Am I doing something wrong?
