2.28 Loading more apps jumps list too far

When scrolling through list of apps in the IQ Store, the list jumps after loading more apps to the list.  This is disorienting.

This is a regression from 2.27 which scrolled the list properly.

This is the second regression in the last few updates.  Please improve the QA process.
