ConnectiQ cannot connect to Mki3

hi, just got MKi3 can not connect to ConnectIQ. anyone face the same problem. 

Note:

  • The app shows my watch (iphone, ISO updated to latest)  as registered
  • I have update the software on the watch
  • I have done a power on-off on my watch and phone.
  • Reload connectIQ app

But still show "Not Connected"
