spotify don’t download

Hi … my nameis Daniel, since one mounth Spotify don’t work in my Forerunner 254. I uninstall and try to install again , but never download. I try with other app from IQ Store like MyPodcast and I can download it and install, but NO spotify. I write to Garmin Connect an email… but I suspect is in a black hole .
