Workouts were not syncing from Garmin to Final Surge. I removed the connection with the plan to reconnect hoping that would fix it. Now when I go to “connected apps” Final Surge isn’t even available as an option to connect. Any advice?
Not familiar with Final Surge, but for 3rd party services to appear in the Connected Apps list of GC you have to initialize the connection from the side of the 3rd party app. You did not write whether you reconnected it from the side of Final Surge, after the disconnection. If not, then do it.
