IQ Store Seems Stuck?

Had to update the Hydration app as well as a watch face.  They both started and then it stopped and said there was an error.  It’s done this over and over.  I’ve uninstalled the iq app from my phone, reinstalled it, and it’s still ‘stuck’ wanting to do these updates but not able to. 
This is the first time this issue has happened.

Using an FR255s.  Any ideas?
