I am using an Apple Watch and iPhone to track runs,and have been as long as I've been running. I historically used Strava To track my runs, but recently have changed to the native Apple health app on I watch as it gives more data. One of the apps I am using for a training plan only connects with Garmin connect. I would like to log my runs in Apple health on my watch and import them to the Garmin connect app, which I now have an account with. Is this possible?
