I am really battling to delete Apps in the queue that simply remain stuck. It is really unacceptable that your navigation is so user unfriendly and it seems a widely occurring problem, yet still not resolved. Why can one see the list of Apps and remove them - that's 101 of User interface. For heaven's sake - sort out.
