Connect IQ no longer works

I am stuck at welcome screen, over and over

Is anybody that have this problem?

I have the same issues just now, was trying to change some watch faces setting and it keep coming back to welcome screen.

Happening to me too. It also seems to reset the watch face settings too which is a pain!

Same issue here! I tried rebooting the watch, rebooting the phone and also uninstalling and reinstalling the IQ store app. Nothing worked!

Same issue here! As soon as I want to update a watchface setting, it puts me in the welcome screen loop!

Today I can’t get to the Setting screen of a watchface it says Network Connection Error but I can read reviews and all …. Any luck guys with connect iq today … any solutions … my version still from 2 weeks ago 2.13.1

Confirming working in aust. And required no human input. (Maybe the 10 uninstalls and reinstalls and reboots did something but it appears to have been a passive fix with no visible software updates)

would this issue also be the cause for numerous IQ error screens when opening widgets? (also sometimes unable to edit settings)?
