Connect IQ no longer works

I am stuck at welcome screen, over and over

Is anybody that have this problem?

I have the same issues just now, was trying to change some watch faces setting and it keep coming back to welcome screen.

Happening to me too. It also seems to reset the watch face settings too which is a pain!

Same issue here! I tried rebooting the watch, rebooting the phone and also uninstalling and reinstalling the IQ store app. Nothing worked!

same here plus it resets my watch face to defaults … managed to put back my options in Garmin express but activation codes not sure if they are working ….

If you have a android mobile you can use the android connect iq app. Still works.

why no one from Garmin doesn't say what is the problem and when will be fixed?

Oh, the app works again. No loop and i can change the settings without reset.

I guess it's a problem with garmin servers/infrastructure - not the app and maybe the area you are connected to the garmin ecosystem.

Still having problem, not sure why Garmin Dev team or official site haven't stated anything.
