Can’t connect to Garmin Connect IQ

For 24 hours now, I have been unable to login to Garmin Connect IQ. I use an iPhone and Venu device and am based in the UK. 
every time I try to connect using th App, I select my account and press “continue”. I then click the boxes to agree to the EULA and confirm that I’m 16+ years old. I then press next, but every time I am sent back to the Welcome screen. 
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App; disconnecting my Venu; rebooting it; restoring to factory settings but I can’t get the App to connect. 

  • When you are attempting to sign in, do you already have the main Garmin Connect mobile application open on your phone and you're signed in there?

  • Same here, but after the watch Venu2 made an update today in the morning. i have tried both ways the main Garmin Connect mobile application open or closed.

  • I have the same issue with Connect IQ, just a few second ago (after ios update 15.3.1) i was trying to change the facewatch setting and it keep signing me out to welcome screen, ive rebooted both device and install uninstall connect IQ but nothing change.

  • I don't have a screen recording but here's what happens (Forerunner 945, iOS 15.3.1 on iPhone 13 pro max)

    Open CIQ app. Select my watch, my watch faces, select watch face, edit configuration, hit save.

    App returns to "welcome" screen. Accept EULA and other check box., hit next.

    App returns to "welcome" screen. Repeat ad nauseum.

    If you go in thru the Garmin Connect app, do Appearance, Watch Faces, select watch face, tap settings, switches to CIQ app at "welcome" screen. See above, repeat ad nauseum.

  • Still not working for me (Germany)... I tried reinstalling the apps and restarting all devices. Nothing works. Connect IQ is broken (See other postings in this forum)

  • I too have a problem with Connect IQ Store on my IPhone 13 Pro... worked fine on Pixel 3XL
