The update notification banner covers the settings Save button. so you can't save your settings unless you dismiss the banner. But if you try to press X to dismiss the banner, it actually takes you to the update details page. Finally when you press back on this page, you're able to save your settings.
Expected behavior:
- At the very least, pressing X on an update notification should actually dismiss it, as opposed to opening it
- If possible, the banner should not obscure any other UI elements, such as the settings Save button. (This may not be possible, but in that case, it seems crucial that the X button works properly)
