Nothing will install or update from the connect store

So trying to put a new watch face onto my watch and nothing will install. When I try to update connect store iq it will just get stuck on install and not progress any further or some times it will say to install or update again. Honestly the most useless watch/app I've ever bought. I've tried clearing catch history and reseting the watch also deleted the app and reinstalled yet still nothing works. Can anyone from garmin help? Or shall I return the watch as its faulty ?
