Quickdraw contours not showing for upload

Im giving up on the Community here. I just noticed that my last few comments on how to get maps downloaded from an EchoMap unit were deleted.. Be a shame if this thread gets deleted as I thought it must be my fault not uploading my maps correctly. After a lot of Googling for answers as to the time it takes to get maps uploaded to the community this thread is the only piece of information that gives an answer..

I am very annoyed with Garmins lack of support for active captain and the community maps. When I purchased my strikers ff I also purchased Active Captain sit it is effectively marketed as part of the package I.e purchase a 7 or 9 inch striker and you can store your surveys in AC. I am now finding that my last few surveys over a period of about 6months have not been displayed on the community maps. The garmin reply that the survey needs validation before placing on the community is BS as I ran a transducer in a bucket of water around my house by pushing the boat about and this “survey” was displayed. However I cannot get surveys of lough Conn and Lough Carra (Irish Great Lakes) displayed on the community map but a “bucket survey” was displayed. I have emailed Garmin directly on the matter including dated of survey update but to no avail. I advised a friend to purchase a garmin unit on the strength of AC so we could share surveys but this has been a bust due to the lack of updates. I am very sorry now that I did not purchase a ff with a chip for external survey storage. Regards Leslie (Ireland)

I also think the excuse about survey validation is BS. This past Summer I've contacted Garmin a few separate times about my surveys not showing up and they never mentioned that. If fact, each time I complained my surveys appeared shortly after. All my FF's have SD card slots and I've always uploaded through the Garmin Connect website. I've been doing this for many years, and until the last year, or so, the changes would be reflected within a few hours.

Come on Garmin, fix the problem. Take care of your customers or they not going to continue to be customers when it comes time to upgrade hardware.

Finally starting to see some of my surveys from this year show up.  This is much much slower than last year.

6415261, when did you upload the surveys (approx). My surveys of 12 August 23,  23 August 23, 11 September 23,  1 October 23, 24 October 23, 30 October 23, and 18 December 23 are all outstanding. To say I am annoyed is a gross understatement as my plan was to use AC as backup storage for my surveys. It was AC that set Garmin apart from the competition but am annoyed with myself now. Garmin made a promise but failed to deliver. This is. A shame as Garmin were very good with regard to a warranty claim that I lodged.

Hard to say, I started to upload in April and the last was Sept. 

I have a new Garmin plotter, but also four more older Echomap ones that aren't wifi thus not compatible with Active Captin. Is there a replacement way to share content like we did with the Quickdraw community website?

Not that I know of. And I do not think you will be able to download new quick draw update from other users to your old chart plotters.

I have the same problem. My conte t has not been made available for over a year. It worked fine for the first year I had Panoptix now nothing . The chart plotter allows me to see my maps. I can upload them to the QuickDraw community, but I can’t replicate my maps on my phone. For an ice fisherman that was my favorite feature. It was nice knowing  where I’d scouted without pulling my unit out of my sled. Garmin customer service might as well be a brick wall. I’ve tried sending multiple emails and never get a response. Seriously disappointed.
