I am training for a HM goal of 1:54 with Jeff's plan. I read lot of forums where people mentioned that its only meant for those who want to run-walk-run during the race. I was wondering if the training plan is only effective if we are planning to run walk or it should work for either cases?
Also, Can anyone please share their experience of training with Jeff's plan and if they were able to achieve their goal? I am right now confused if I should continue with this plan or switch to other coaching plan being offered.
