No community information on ActiveCaptain, without purchased maps on my iPad. Did Garmin discontinue the “free” version?

I’ve been using Active Captain without the charts for several years since I have plenty of other purchased charts. Hadn’t used it since December but now there is no data there, anchorages, bridges, everything gone.
