No community information on ActiveCaptain, without purchased maps on my iPad. Did Garmin discontinue the “free” version?

Have you restored or reset your device, may be that is the reason for it?

Yes, even deleted and reinstalled app. No marine info on the free “chart” at all. When I click on a point of interest like a bridge the familiar data circle pops up but is unpopulated.
