Express should not upload to Connect any Activity that has already exists. I looked at your account and didn't see any duplicates. Are you deleting them? Can you leave one there next time this happens then let us know.
Since your on the Express forum I assume you are using Garmin Express to sync your Forerunner 110? I would like to verify that you are not uploading straight from the watch through a web browser to Connect and that the Forerunner 110 is added to Garmin Express. Please make sure it is up to date.

I can see the duplicate activities on your account and they are definitely identical. Have you checked the Garmin/Activities folder on the device to see if the activities are identical there?
Thank you for sending the logs. I will need to create a case for this issue as I have confirmed that Garmin Express is only uploading the file once so it appears to be duplicated in Garmin Connect. Can you please try removing the device from Garmin Express and Garmin Connect and then add it back again? Let me know if the problem still persists.
