Garmin Express Sync Issues

I installed Garmin Express 4.0.11.0 and now every time I connect my Forerunner 610, it always re-syncs the entire history that is on the watch, and not just the last run. Each sync now takes about an hour. Are there any settings or changes I can make to prevent this ?

I started this thread, and I'm still not having any luck loading a map onto the 800. Now I'm getting "internal server error". What causes that?

I am trying to install the apps but garmin express returns an error. ˜Error when sync with garmin connect.

My user/pw is correct. Last month I got it with no problem... But from 2 weeks on the error occurs.

Can someone help me? I already unistalled completelly the Express and reinstall.... and error goes on.

I suggest contact Garmin Product Support for this issue but I will offer a suggestion. Unless you know how to Show Hidden Files on the Mac I suggest you use a PC for this since showing hidden files is easier to enable. Delete the contents of the Garmin\Apps folder on the Forerunner 920XT including the OUT.BIN file then disconnect the watch and allow it to start up. Once you reconnect it you should be able to use Express and add the apps from https://apps.garmin.com

I just posted about this regarding my Edge 705. I'm having the same problems. I need to figure this out quickly or abandon the group ride I was leading tomorrow because I am unable to add the two new courses.
