Garmin Express and Forerruner 610

Dear service member,
I have bought a new branded 610 and I am trying to pair it with my MAC pro (bought mid last year)
I have downloaded the DMG file from your site and installed it. I am not able to pair my watch with my Mac laptop.

I have wasted many time trying it and I have no idea what is happening, would you mind to support?
If I cannot sync both, I will return my device to my vendor.

    I am sorry to hear about the troubles syncing your Forerunner 610. Have you tried the troubleshooting in our FAQs?

    What troubleshooting options can I try when my ANT enabled fitness device will not upload data?
    What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?
