in my case the garmin express say there are not space in my forerunner. I want to put in a new watch face
• I don't see the "Apps" button. I do have Updates and Sync. I am running the latest version of GE.

Is your watch running the 2.64 beta firmware?

NO...

Version 2.50. but , it won't update.

Connect IQ only works with the beta software, found here : http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=7627

That being said, realize that this is beta software. If you're not ready to lose all the information on your device (or don't know how to restore your device) then I'd advise against it.

If you do install it, realize that the point of beta software is to test it for bugs and report any you find to [email protected]

Ok, So I have my 920xt on version 2.64 and I have the current Garmin Express on my Mac running OS X, but when I try to load a clock face I am getting the same error that the device being updated is full and it fails to load the clock face. Any suggestions on how to get this to work? When I look at the device memory in Garmin express it shows that I have zero apps installed and that I have 512KB free.
Am I missing something?

I'm experiencing this same issue - the "device is full." Spent hours on the phone with support who passed me around to a bunch of different departments, including the OS X development team who came to the conclusion that I had corrupt hardware on the watch. So they sent me a new one that arrived today. I plug it in and have the same exact issue - my Mac (10.10.2) recognizes the Capacity memory of the Garmin as 11 MB, but the Available as 633 MB. Definitely wrong.

This is getting frustrating at this point! Please help Garmin support!
• I currently have this issue as well. I called support last week and spent over two hours on the phone with them. After talking to several different departments, I got to the Mac support and they concluded it was probably a defect in the Garmin Express. I came here to post my experience, but Garmin removed that post and three other posts regarding this "Device is full" error. I have not received any sort of email response. There is no updated version either.

It would be great if someone from Garmin could post a response instead of deleting the posts :( Several of us are clearly experiences issues with Garmin Express for Mac.

I was able to finally get the watch face on my Garmin, but it was after the new 2.7 software update for the watch, and the iPhone app update a few days back. Syncing wirelessly from my iPhone works great now, so I won't be bothering with Garmin Express anymore since it was already useless for me. Hope everyone else is able to get the wireless to work as well!
