    Garmin connect still not working

I am having exactly the same issue - 24 Hours now.

Is this working for anyone yet? just updated to my latest firmware to look at the new watch faces and can't use it. been down for two days now?
  • You can still install watch faces by going here : https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/

To 'manage' them, you can delete the .PRG files in the GARMIN/APPS folder. It would be nice to be able to use GE though.
  • I am sorry for the troubles. I was able to reproduce the issue and have reported it to the Garmin Express team. They will work to get it corrected as soon as possible. As Olu.F. says, data can still be sent to the watch from the URL. Let us know if you have any other questions.

  • Hi, When I follow that link and click on "send to Device" I get the message that I have to add a compatible device to Garmin Express....I have already done that. Is there a manual method to download and install these watch faces?
  • MARKYBOY2006

You can side load a watch face that you make yourself. However, I am unaware of a method to sideload an app if Express is not downloading it. We have determined the cause of this issue and it should be addressed in the next Express release.

  • Looks like you've got this working in the last update! Thank you!

Nice, it also shows you how much data each thing is using.

Where did you find this screen? I don't have it on my version of Garmin Express and a MAC.

If you scroll down on the Updates page for your device, you have 3 sections "Updates", "Sync" and "Apps". Within the Apps portion you have buttons to manage watch faces and data fields. Clicking either of those lead you to the page in the screenshot

I don't see the "Apps" button. I do have Updates and Sync. I am running the latest version of GE.
