Data not uploaded by Garmin Express to Garmin Connect

Since Thursday night data in Garmin Connect is not updated by Garmin Express.

When I sync my garmin forerunner 610 Garmin Express it says almost immediately that the synchronisation is finished but no data show up in Garmin Connect.

Any advice please?

    Same problems here, Forerunner 310XT and Vivofit, none will sync since last Friday no matter what I try (Mac Garmin Express, updated, master resets, none will work). This is very disappointing, it's been almost three weeks since the first report. I also had a "Send to device" issue last week that impacted on my workout, I reported that in the Mac forum.

    I just canceled an order for a second Vivofit. I will look into other brands now.
  • What is up with Garmin Connect???? Forerunner 920 was working great until a couple days ago, nothing would sync. Finally it started syncing with my iPhone/iPad. Connect won't show any info except my workouts, no sleep info, no step!!! Wanted to get a new a new app from the new Garmin App store, watch won't let it download says there are to many apps and no memory? What???? I have 3 workouts on it and no new apps!!! This is getting soooooo old! I have been a Garmin fan for many years and have spent A LOT of money on Garmin products!!! Considering another brand! Grrrrrrrrr

    Now with the latest Garmin Express my Forerunner 310XT and my wife's Vivofit successfully synch again (yesterday the Vivofit wouldn't sync with the same version of Express) BUT now the communication between Garmin Connect and Myfitnesspal doesn't work anymore. Today's calories are not synched even if on a manual synch Garmin Connect doesn't throw any error. I understand this could be on both sides but it would be great if you could look into this as well...
  • This is really frustrating. I haven't been able to get any data to upload to Garmin Connect since 01/04/2015. My device is a 610 and I'm using Express on a Mac. I can see the activity files sitting in the PendingSyncUploads/Activities folder:

    ls -1 ~/Library/Application\ Support/Garmin/Express/RegisteredDevices/3840268066/PendingSyncUploads/Activities
    2015-01-04 20:27:50 +0000_350
    2015-01-05 21:56:50 +0000_351
    2015-01-06 20:43:34 +0000_352

    But they never get uploaded. Nor can I manually upload those files to Garmin Connect.

    Attach copies of those files to another post here and someone will check them to see if they are corrupt or not.
