Data not uploaded by Garmin Express to Garmin Connect

Since Thursday night data in Garmin Connect is not updated by Garmin Express.

When I sync my garmin forerunner 610 Garmin Express it says almost immediately that the synchronisation is finished but no data show up in Garmin Connect.

Any advice please?

    The latest version of Garmin Express is 3.2.27. Your version is old enough that the update feature within the application isn't working correctly. Please download and install the latest version from http://connect.garmin.com/en-US/start/.

    I'm not sure I understand the issue with viewing the activity in Connect. Is it just one activity or does this happen for all your activities. What does LHS mean? Please make sure you delete activities more than a month old from the watch. Letting the watch's memory get full can cause intermittent file corruption.

    The new Express 3.2.27 update seems to be playing nice now with my 405CX (as of today's workout after applying the update), however the three workouts I previously completed while the server/software issue was going on seem to be invisible to Express/Connect. I can see them in my watch's history, but they won't upload (presumably because the software thinks they were previously uploaded, which they weren't). Will a Force Send fix my issue, or will that just cause a bunch of duplicate workouts to be uploaded over the top of what's already online?

    Force Send is appropriate in this situation. Express will not upload duplicate activities.

    Thanks for the info - when I tried to update Express yesterday it suggested there were no updates? But will try the link you've kindly provided later when home from the slave camp.
    LHS = left hand side: on the two occasions when this has occurred, when uploading a new run, none of my previous runs will display the map or graphs when selected - the boxes are there but no detail - completely empty.
    However, if I click on Dashboard it does display the map for the last run - but then if I select the last run to view in full and the map/graghs do not display (or maps for any other runs). The 220 is less than a month old and only has less than a dozen runs on it so it cannot be full or nearly full yet. My 110 was always full after 3 years of service and that had no problem uploading - but did struggle to find a satellite. Cheers SDH

    Back from slave camp - downloaded Garmin Express but it is only V3.2.26.0 and not V3.2.27.0?? Anyway I'll have to wait and see if this fixes the issue after my Xmas day run?? Meanwhile I'll also upgrade my Vista PC. Merry Christmas Garmin.

    Forerunner 920XT w/HRM Run, having the same issue. Come on GARMIN!!!!!

    I answered your post in the other thread that you posted in. Your issue was completely different from this one unless something has changed. Please post some details about the problem that you are having if this is the case.

    I had similar problems until reading this thread. I've since removed the earlier installation of Garmin Express, downloaded a new file from Garmins site and installed on my mac. All is now back to normal for me.

    Hope that information serves some purpose to help others.

    Hi Garmin Guys,

    Tried to update Garmin Express via the link provided and the version is now 3.2.26.0 not 3.2.27? It won't update beyond this - so do I now need to uninstall G/Express and re-install from the link again or ......
    However, the problem is now reduced in that uploaded files now display the graphical data on upload/synch; but it did stop showing the same type of data for a previous run? The software seems a bit flakey to me?? So I'm still not sure if the problem still exists or not - but time will tell, unless Garmin can confess what's occurred?

    Sunday: 28th - just logged on to Garmin Express, didn't upload any files/data and.... no graphical data is displayed for any of my runs when selected to view in full. The small map is displayed when you first log on (classic mode) - so somewhere the software is not requesting the data to place it in the full screen view??? Grrr. v. frustrating.....

    Hi Garmin people
    I'm a new Vivofit user. Got it for Christmas. It was working fine but now it won't upload any data from Garmin Express 3.2.27 to Garmin Connect. Just says there are 18 files "waiting to upload" and then nothing. Garmin Express says the last sync was at 16:02 but Garmin Connect says 14:07.
    Any options? I'm running an iMac OS X 10.10

    I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your device. Have you already tried the steps in this FAQ?
    What troubleshooting options can I try when my ANT enabled fitness device will not upload data?
