Forerunner 405 and Garmin Express

I am actually capable of uploading my run, but I cannot send my workouts to the device. It connects, watch responds with "Transferring Data" then it crashes and Express says that the sync failed.

Ideas?

I had exactly the same problem with my Forerunner 410...tried everything, but unsuccessfully.
Frustrating...

Please use the instructions in the FAQ: What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client? to see if that doesn't correct the issue.
