Garmin Fenix 2 Garmin Express syncing error

Hi

I hope some one can help me, I have a Fenix 2 and I can't get it to sync using Garmin Express. I have been continually getting the message: "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect" and at the bottom it says: "Sorry, we couldn't sync your device. Please try again." Device settings "Error"

I have contacted our local Garmin agent and have followed all there steps and I still sit with this problem. My Garmin 510 syncs perfectly.

My Garmin express has the latest software.
The Fenix 2 is up to date.
I have done a hard reset on the watch and cleared it out.
I have cleaned out all the web browser settings and history.
I have used two different computers (mac)

And still can't get this thing to work, starting to wonder if i should go back to my Polar RCX5.

I can't even get it to sync to my iPhone5s and the Garmin 510 works like a charm.

Please see the information in the FAQ: How do I manually upload data from USB Mass Storage devices to Garmin Connect? On the fenix2 also check the GPX folder for any files. If you run into a file that will not upload manually into Connect, delete it from the fenix2. You can copy it to your computer if needed, just remove it from the fenix2.

Save a new activity at least 30 seconds long and see if Express will sync.

Still having problems Syncing my Fenix 2

    Dear,

I´m still having problems syncing my Fenix 2 to Connect. I´ve tried with my Mac, with my Windows 8.1 device(notebook), follow the instruction to upload manually trough the Connect site. I erased all the activity data from my watch and still receivind the sync error message.
    There is anything to do?

    Thank you.

Currently, manual uploading of activity .FIT files to Connect is not working. This should be resolved as part of the other Connect issues. In addition to the .FIT files in the Activity folder, you may have a 1kb .gpx file in the GPX folder on the fenix2 causing sync issues. Please copy the .gpx files to your computer and delete them from the watch then create a short 30 second activity under the Running profile and try to sync again.
