Auto Delete after Sync'ing

Hi there.

Anybody know how to reset the Forerunner 301XT and Garmin Express Application so that the application does NOT automatically delete data on the watch once it syncs to the app/website?

Too late to save my Edinburgh Marathon since it was deleted without going to GC via GE. Left pretty scepitcal about these updates now.

can i copy the previous activity history from garmin connect to fenix3? becouse it was auto deleted from my watch.
