Automatic Updates not working

Automatic update ran an update then prompted me that there was another new version available immediately after install. Then, I completely uninstalled Garmin Express and downloaded/installed a fresh copy from the website. It already says there is an update available.

Here's a screenshot of the latest version still showing that there is an update available:

Search the forum. Well and truly noted already.

Once you've updated it disappears and stays away unless you uninstall/reinstall. Garmin may fix it, but then they may not,

My 620 only transfer/syncs when I connect via usb. Garmin Express was correctly setup using my WIFI router. Don't understand what else I should do.
