How to upload map onto Fenix 5x?

Help! I have a garmin fenix 5x - I recently purchased a garmin map. How do I load the map onto my watch. I am using a Mac. Thanks

How about www.garmin.com check under Outdoor Recreation > Outdoor Maps

Make sure that you buy the map as a download version. Not as an SD card! SD card versions cannot be installed on the fenix.
