Crash when accessing music

Hi,

today I tried to put some mp3 files on my fenix 6 but garmin express always crashes when i try to access the music.

upon clicking the music button in garmin express it crashes and i am left with an error message in the mac console.

i tried to transfer the files with android file transfer, which put the files in the watch, but strangely they do not show up when i try to access them on the watch.

any help or tips are highly appreciated

    I'm on 7.13.2.0 and the issue persists.

    I have a similar problem with the 'Music Apps' tab when trying to setup new Forerunner 955. This is my first Garmin device with music, so I've never used the music part of Garmin Express before.

    Garmin Express 7.13.2.0.

    macOS 12.4 (originally on 11.6, but upgraded to see if that would fix it, which it didn't).

    MacBookPro15,1 (Intel)

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Garimin Express a couple of times using the procedure described in https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=6nBhfHhXik18XrRU6BfULA, makes no difference.

    The top level 'Music' button in Garmin Express successfully opens with the default 'My Music' tab selected, and I can transfer music from my iTunes library. When I select the 'Music Apps' tab, the spinner appears for a second or two and then the app crashes.

    Mine is fixed now, but before it was fixed I uninstalled Garmin Express and installed 7-11-1 and  it didn’t crash. I kept that version until they fixed it. If you have windows go to 

    Garmin-express.en.uptodown.com and install and see if that works. Keep that version after you get the newest Express works someplace in case you ever run into a problem. 
    I believe the sight also has Mac

    Thanks, that worked. 7.12.2 also works for me, so I'll stick with that for now.

    I downloaded Garmin Express for the first time today, for my Forerunner 955 Solar - and I'm getting this issue. How do you know your version number?

    I've checked the version and I'm on on version 7.13.2.0 and it's definitely not working.

    Do you have windows? On a Mac at the right top bar click on Garmin express and then about. On a windows go to settings, the gear wheel, scroll down to about, it shows you, but if you just installed it you gave the current version.

    if you look at my first reply I added a place you can go to downgrade down. Uninstall the current version, download 7.12.2 .. it should work until there’s a fix
