Crash when accessing music

Hi,

today I tried to put some mp3 files on my fenix 6 but garmin express always crashes when i try to access the music.

upon clicking the music button in garmin express it crashes and i am left with an error message in the mac console.

i tried to transfer the files with android file transfer, which put the files in the watch, but strangely they do not show up when i try to access them on the watch.

any help or tips are highly appreciated

Mine is fixed now, but before it was fixed I uninstalled Garmin Express and installed 7-11-1 and it didn’t crash. I kept that version until they fixed it. If you have windows go to

Completely uninstall then reinstall Garmin Express

Same issue for the last three days .. GE has been uninstalled and reinstalled - TWICE!!

This is for my Fenix 6x Pro! What a waste of money - will never buy a Garmin again!!

The Garmin Express app (Mac OS - Cataline) crashes when trying to manage music for my Fenix 6x Pro. I have completely uninstalled the app and reinstalled per the instructions on the support form to no avail.

PS: The version of the GE s/w and the firmware are updated. I do not have Android File Transfer installed.

What gives?

Have uninstalled Garmin Express (this doesn't solve the problem for me) - macOS Catalina 10.15.7

They fixed it last week. Mine is working great. Did you do the update? If it’s still not working what I did before the fix was found an old Garmin Express Exe file and installed it the crash didn’t happen on that version.
