I don't use iTunes

Personally I don't see why anyone would use iTunes, I don't, and I hate the way everything seems to think I do.

I want to upload music to my Fenix 6x Sapphire, but I cannot add a folder to point to my music library, instead it defaults to iTune which I do not use. I use a MAC so its not easy to remove iTunes.

Can anyone inform me how to add a new folder and stop Garmin Express defaulting to iTunes,.

You have no other option on a Mac than iTunes because Macs don't support the watch as a media device.

Your only other option is to use something like Android File Transfer, but that's pretty buggy too.

Honestly, even if you never use iTunes, you can just add your music to your iTunes library. It's not hurting anything.

Not in my experience. You do need to ensure that GARMIN Express is shutdown, not just closed but shut down, before opening Android File transfer. Other than that, it’s been pretty faultless.
