Need for Android File Transfer to access files

MacOS Sierra, Garmin Express 6.20.0.0, Fenix 5X+:

when device is plugged in to USB, a Garmin drive is not created.

This makes it impossible to backup settings.

On a Mac you need Android File Transfer or similar.

Note to Admins - would be useful to have a sticky somewhere about the need for AFT on Mac devices. This comes up all too frequently.
