My watch (forerunner 735XT) won't sync with my PC. IT is recognised in my my PC in hardrive, but Garmin Express won't recognise so I can't upload any routes :( Any suggestions?

Uninstall and reinstall Garmin Express

Thank you, I have uninstalled and reinstalled garmin express it is still not recognising the watch.

My PC recognises the watch as a USB, but the app can't find it.

I'm using a macbook air if that makes a difference at all?

Are you trying to see the folders? In which case you need to load Android File Transfer. Make sure GE is fully shutdown before using Android File Transfer.
