I just picked up a Descent and trying to hook up it up to Garmin Express. Everything works fine until I get to my login page. The pop up page pops up to login but its blank. It also does this with create an account "button" ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1453470.png
Same thing happening here. If I click either button, delivers a blank screen. Running OS X.11.6 on a Macbook Pro mid-2009. Garmin Express V 6.12.0.0. Please help, Garmin. Thanks
With Mac OS X 10.13 and Garmin Express 6.12, I get the login prompt, but after I enter username and password Garmin Express stops working.ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1456040.png
Same here, Fenix 5S, Mid-2009 Mac 10.11.6. It has worked flawlessly with my 310, but trying to log in with the watch is impossible, I will be calling Garmin Help tomorrow unless they're closed for President's Day.
I called Support and it's simple. My computer is too old. GE only works with High Sierra, which is very disappointing. There is a workaround in another thread, but what a pain.
You have to go and upgrde your OS to High Sierra at your own risk using this guy's page - http://dosdude1.com/highsierra/ he has a youtube that helps, but it could also brick your computer if you don't follow directions well. Or buy a new computer.
