My Vivoactive HR is not detected by the Garmin Express software on Mac OSX 10.11.6, 2011 Macbook Pro. I am running the latest Garmin Express (5.1.0).
I have tried everything in the frequently-referenced FAQ:
- Connecting using the supplied charging cable
- No other devices connected
- The device face shows the USB icon and it is charging
- I have verified both USB ports working and have tried it in both; other devices work fine on these ports
- I have restarted the computer many times
It successfully connected only once, when I first got it, in mid-December. Since that one time, it has never worked again.
What is the next step?
