310XT Doesn't ask to Pair w/ Express

I tried to add my 310XT to Garmin Connect but the 310XT doesn't ask to confirm pairing. Express sees the device, but when I click "add device" the 310XT never asks to confirm pairing. I verified pairing is enabled on the device. I've tried turning the device on and off again, same result. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

    Have you tried all the troubleshooting in our FAQ:

    Fitness device fails to pair in Garmin Express

    If so, you may want to try a master reset since the device will not prompt to confirm the pairing:

    How do I master reset my Forerunner 310XT?

    If that does not resolve the issue, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.

    Worked after Master Reset

    Had to do the reset. Working now.
