I am sorry you are still getting an error during syncing. I see something in Garmin connect that may be causing the error. It is trying to download a setting change to the device. This may be what is failing since the upload is working. Please try clearing the Sync queue with these steps:
- Log into Garmin Connect.
- Click on the Sync queue on the left side of the screen. (It looks like 2 arrows and has a number in a circle next to it.)
- Right below the Garmin Swim, it shows "User Settings". Click on the "x" to the right of this.
- Confirm you want to remove this.
Now that the queue is clear, please try syncing again. Let us know if it still gives you an error.

I am sorry you are still getting an error when trying to upload to Garmin Connect. If you cleared all the old data from the watch, the sync data on the computer it was uploading, and the sync queue in Garmin Connect but you still get the error, it means there is still some bad data on the SWIM itself. This means we will have to Master Reset the SWIM. Unfortunately, this will delete all user data from the SWIM.
