Express Server Issues - 910XT

For the past 2 weeks an error message saying Cannot connect to Garmin Servers. I

I have tried all the suggestions in the FAQ/Troubleshooting guide but none of it has worked. I have re-installed Express and now I cannot even add my Device as the same error message comes up.

I contacted "Customer Support" who gave a stock answer which did not help. I replied to this message and haven't heard back!!

So I now have a device that collects data but I cannot analyse the data so this device has become somewhat a waste of my money.

Anybody able to help?

    Ironically the link provided leads to an error page with computer code.

    I've tried -

    Ensuring the date and time are correct
    Checked the LAN settings
    Ensured strong enough Internet connection
    Re-installed Express software
  • I've corrected the link, if it still doesn't work for you google What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express

    but it seems like you've tried the steps there already
