Garmin Express sync 'working' - but activities not uploading to Garmin Connect

I have a Garmin 410 which i've successfully used with Garmin Express for some time. My last activity upload was on Friday 13th March. Since then i've tried to upload two further activities and despite Garmin Express stating that the transfer was complete, when I login to Garmin Connect the activities are not there. Scouring Google for answers hasn't helped me either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Express - to no avail.

Has anyone got any ideas of how I can get it to work? Or am I missing something obvious that I should be doing?

    The vivofit2 had not been deleted from your account since it was first synced. I remove it from the Connect account completely. Please uninstall then reinstall Garmin Express then pair the vivofit2 again.

    How do I completely uninstall Garmin Express?

    new version 4.0.13
    forerunner 310xt
    delete device
    readded it to garmin express
    GE finds device and syncs
    BUT nothing gets uploaded to GArmin connect
    this is unacceptable

    Thanks for removing the device from the account.
    I reinstalled everything again but nothing changed. Connect keeps saying that the last sync was on March the 19th and nothing syncs despite Garmin express stating that everything synched correctly.
    The surprising thing is that if I go into Connect and I change something in Device Settings and then sync, it does apply the new settings on the device (this always worked btw), while uploading data and activities is somewhat broken.

    same issues as Math.veron above with 310xt. nothing changed from my end apart from updating the garmin express to 4.50.

  • Well it's not really for Garmin to sort out. You must do that but you can get advice here as to what could be wrong. First update Express to the latest version then delete your device from Express and re associate it to see if that helps.

    It works on an old XP machine that doesn't have the flashy new Garmin Express GUI (That doesn't work!!)

    Not for Garmin to sort out? should i ask my Nan to do it then?

    anyway, i've done as you've suggested, it says it has synced but no new activities show in garmin connect.

    i'll go ask my nan to fix it shall i?

    Really !!!!!!! honesstly!!!!! I have a 310xt that is clearly not on the QA list for the new Express as it's probably been EOL'd but I can synch and update with the old windows XP compatible ANT+ Agent thankfully lthat doesn't get auto updated.

    I have deleted all data, hard reset my watch, created a new garmin account the awesomely annoying bit is that it says 'succesful synch' and so it leads you on right up to the bar and then annoyances there's no beer being served. How is that not Garmins issue, obviously apart from the fact that I should have forked out another £240 for a new Garmin watch to replace the one that does the job perfectly acceptable until I need to actually view what I am doing.

    sorry, just been like this for over a couple of days now and as I'm off to flanders at the weekend it would be nice to get it sorted.

    Well at least your nan can do things on your PC etc, Garmin can't. They can however advise you what to try and hopefully will do so shortly as the Express team is active here, much more so than on other forums. However if you're not prepared to wait call Product Support

    I have given up using the new garmin express, I have a 310xt and have resorted to using the ANT Agent+ https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=3741 I think just need to accept 310xt on garmin express 1.0.13.0 will be supported at some stage in a different galaxy a long long way away.

    use the Agent is the answer that Garmin can't give as they would then have to answer the avalanche of comments on why they aren't supporting the 310x
