VivoSmart will not sync via bluetooth to mobile GarminConnect app and also doesn't sync when plugged into laptop with Garmin Express. On mobile app just says syncing at the bottom of the screen the whole time but nothing happens. On the laptop it says sync error. Other bluetooth functions work fine as well as syncing with MyFitnessPal.
Problem started 10/03/2015 at around 14h00.
Have tried everything, restarted phone and laptop, disconnected and reconnected device from garmin connect and garmin express.
Please help???
