Have you tried to manually upload the missing or incomplete data to Garmin Connect? Here is our FAQ on how to do so:

It could also be that the device is low on space/memory. Try freeing up some space to see if this helps. Our FAQ How do I update my Forerunner 10/15 if there isn't enough memory? provides instructions to do so.
If the data still does not upload, it is possible that the information on the device is corrupted. If so, or if the problems persist, contact Product Support for further assistance.
