How one thing leads to another.  I was out riding my bike and after 67 minutes I stopped the Vivoactive HR session and uploaded.  The calories burned were 200 or so.  Normally, get about 700 calories burnt for 60 minutes of riding.  I noticed the heartrate stats were low.  Max of 75 average of 61.  Normally when I ride I max out at 115 and average around 95 for the ride.  SO either the watch is wrong or the heart bradicadia issue has changed.  So I download a heartrate montoring tool and my resting heartrate there is 79 and the garmin is showing 61.  SSo I think perhaps theres some maintenance.

So I try upgrading the watch, but express is outdated.  So I download the current version and it fails to install.  I take the old version off.  Restart. Try the install again into a different library and it fails again.

So I stumble onto this post and see some reference to a c REDISTRIBUTABLE, that got installed today as a result of a Visual Studio upgrade.  So I remove the c REDISTRIBUTABLE library.  Garmin express installs.  No Maintenance available.  I'll try resetting the watch and maybe cleaning the back.

Now the repair to visual studio is running.
