I've just bought my first Garmin and am unable to log my run due to a message that keeps coming up everytime I try to launch Express. I am told its an unexpected error. I am pretty annoyed that having bought the watch the software to support it won't work  Not cool. Is there anyway to make it work. I am on a Windows 7, no access to other devices.
I have the same problem!!!!! I cannot open Garmin Express and sincronize the account wiht the clock. When I open Garmin Connect it says Unexpected mistake while opening. Is there any solution??? I have deleted all files, installed two times the Garmin Connect and nothing.
After starting i get the error message unexptected error

This error is caused by an issue with a Windows component called ExplorerFrame.dll. There is most likely a registry key that is missing or corrupt. We are currently investigating this so that we can potentially help our customers resolve this computer issue.
