Unexpected error!!!!

I have the same problem!!!!! I cannot open Garmin Express and sincronize the account wiht the clock. When I open Garmin Connect it says Unexpected mistake while opening. Is there any solution??? I have deleted all files, installed two times the Garmin Connect and nothing.

You don't install Garmin Connect, do you mean Express? Try updating to the latest version v3.2.27 then try again.

still the unexpected error. do you know where i can find the log files on windows 8. Maybe there is some information abouth this error.

This error is caused by an issue with a Windows component called ExplorerFrame.dll. There is most likely a registry key that is missing or corrupt.
