With the issue that you are experiencing and have some success and then not I would suggest contact our support team to get this corrected. We may need to fully uninstall Express which includes any registry keys that may be lingering from all the previous installs and uninstalls.

I finished to get it to work... For this I had to unscrew the lid of the Vivofit, screw it back, remove the device from GE and pair it again. All data are lost but it now uploads data again.
Just wondering how many days it will run and what I will have to do next time it stops working.
