Hi, I'm trying to sync my Garmin device with Garmin Express and consistently get unable to connect errors. Have looked at a couple of threads with respect to the update service and that has not resolved the problem. Have uninstalled all Garmin software rebooted and installed Garmin Express only followed by update service change. Is there anything else that I can do to resolve the problem?
Pitiful really. I ran http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ and Garmin servers seem to be up and running. I've tried my mac and my 7 Pro machine, same crap. I was easily able to upload my ride from earlier today to RidewithGPS. It's really just another example of Garmin being 'to big for it's britches'. I had a Garmin Nuvi for auto travel and it was nothing but a hassle. Tom Tom? Seamless.
Do you guys still have your workouts on your devices? I had two that failed to upload today, but now I also can't find them on my device. I have to believe that they're still there, since when I run "transfer all", they try to load.
I can't seem to find them as .fit files on my computer either.
Even if pitdoug1998 pointed the testing tool on Connect servers it won't help. The servers are up, but uploading files ends with 500 - Internal server error, including VMware vFabric tc Runtime 2.6.3.RELEASE/7.0.23.A.RELEASE - Error report. It also includes java (jdbc/json) call stack, so it is somewhere deeper than just server unavailable...
Same here. Last week, my Garmin 220 would not automatically upload. Had to switch to classic and manually upload. Now, it won't even do that. Internal Server Error. What's going on?
Have a 910XT and also tried to sync today around 3pm. The error I get is "Problem trying to connect to the garmin servers". Hoping it's corrected soon!
