Garmin Express - Very slow Internet Access Start-up : Windows 7

When Garmin Express is installed on my Windows 7 computer, the computer takes a long time to connect to the Internet (During initial start-up). After start-up, it appears fine. (The Internet Access icon in the taskbar shows the computer is not connected.)

Deleting or removing Garmin Express solves the problem. When Garmin Express is uninstalled, Internet access is quickly established during start-up.

Garmin Express also result in Garmin programs requesting approval during start-up. This problem is fixed when Garmin Express is uninstalled.

Garmin Express appears to be a buggy program whith undesirable behaviours.

Garmin Express Version 3.2.17.0 refers. Previous versions had the same issue.

You keep repeating this but I'm running Express on a Win7 PC with no issues. As this thread is going nowhere, and since you seem happy to run without Express installed permanently, I'm going to close it.
