Forerunner 310xt won't sync in Garmin Express

I have been trying to sync my 310xt but nothing happens. I've clicked on 'scan for devices' icon and also tried to search for a new device but not getting anywhere.
I get a message saying that an Ant+ stick is connected to my computer, so I assume that's ok and I've also checked that data transfer is enabled and pairing is on, on my 310xt.
Not very impressed with Garmin Express, never had any trouble with AntAgent.

    I'm glad it helped, that can be frustrating. Unfortunately we don't have a Toll Free support line but we have support centers in many different countries. You should be be able to access the support contact information for your region by going to garmin.com and clicking the Support menu. The support page for your region should be served automatically. I believe the Goals failing is a known issue. Let me look into this and I'll get back to you.

  • The latest version of Garmin Express 3.2.21, should resolve the Forerunner 310XT sync issues reported in this thread.

  • Same Problem here. Never had any issue with ANT agent. Garmin Express does not transfer data .. and more surprisingly there is no link or button to manually trigger it ... The client shows My Forerunner 310XT along with its serial no and the ANT USB Stick is properly interred. The response from Curt of Garmin is of no use. The ANT agent is deleted. Garmin Express is poorly executed ... i am going to de-install and re-install the ANT agent.

    If updating Garmin Express to the latest version yesterday did not solve your Sync issues please contact Garmin Support via phone so the issue can be investigated further.
